About this piece
See why this is one of our most popular birdbaths: a full-sized, sloping basin with a delicate vine-etched rim, paired with a textured pedestal that adds classic garden style. The deep basin means you won't be refilling constantly, and since it's made from lightweight fiber clay rather than heavy stone or concrete, it's genuinely easy to move if you want to reposition it for the season or bring it in for winter.
The gloss basin finish resists staining and wipes clean easily, while the matte pedestal finish gives the base a natural, textured look. Protect from freezing temperatures by storing indoors or somewhere sheltered during winter months. 19" diameter basin. Stands 24" tall. Terra cotta fiber clay with a vine-etched gloss basin and matte finish pedestal.

Keep water 1 to 2 inches deep and refresh it every other day. Moving water draws warblers and thrushes that never visit feeders. Never add antifreeze — a thermostat heater is the safe way to keep water open.
